Event Description:

Attracting leading Galleries, Collectors, Curators, Critics and Art Dealers Artrooms Fair is the First International Contemporary Art Fair offering free exhibition space to independent artists.

In a successful partnership with the Meliá White House in Regent’s Park, Artrooms Fair offers an innovative platform to support and to nurture the artist’s career. The fair is one of a kind: “One room at no cost to the artist’s”. Each artist gets the unique opportunity to transform one Room unto their own creative space and turn it into a unique and intimate environment to showcase their work. Visitors get the chance to meet the person behind the work and buy art at the venue while art galleries scout unrepresented talents.

The exhibition showcases more than 70 international artists chosen by a cast of industry professionals, including Architect Roz Barr, video-artist, journalist and researcher Gianfranco Valleriani, Clemens Hackl and Johannes Froelich, from Project Art – the Social Arts Market, Italian Artist and Director Franco Losvizzero, from the Design Industry, Pop Up Consultant Daniel Gava just to name few. Among galleries’ directors, Giulia Abate, curator and gallery director of Mucciaccia Contemporary, Cristian Contini from Contini Contempporary , Stefania Minutaglio of 11[HellHeaven] Art Gallery.

Within the guests artists Syeda Alishba Amin-ud-Din, a young Pakistani artist spreading awareness about the rights of girls with unique abilities, Alice Padovani, Shin Dalho winner of the Artrooms Fair Prize during the first Fair’s Seoul Edition, Kate Newlove, Eden Hevroni.

Two are also the prizes offered to the artists showcasing during Artrooms Fair London: The Contemporary Art Trust Prize and the Fonderia Artistica Versiliese Prize. This year the Fair is also supporting Procreate Project in Mother House Studios’s found razing.

After four editions in London, the upcoming second edition in Rome (March 2019) and a First Seoul edition (October 2018) confirm how Artrooms Fair has established in the international art Market.
