Jacques Tange | The Netherlands Art Scene

Born in Vlissingen, The Netherlands, in 1960, Jacques Tange knew from an early age he wanted to become a professional artist. He was educated at the Academy of Arts in Rotterdam.

Jason’s current art practise involves the exploration of colour and light in pared down two and three-dimensional compositions. His painting process begins with colour studies in gouache and watercolour.

Roaring Tide

Jennie’s atmospheric seascapes capture the real essence of the sea and the elements. ‘Drawing and painting out in the landscape are an essential part of my work, using a sketchbook to record and gather information.

Not far from home is where John finds his inspiration to paint the ever-changing New Forest, the beautiful Hampshire Coastline, Harbour scenes and the hustle and bustle of local towns and villages.

I paint mainly in Acrylics in a semi-abstract style, and am becoming increasingly interested in using collage and mixed media in my work.

The subjects I paint are varied and depend on what inspires or interests me at the time but I particularly enjoy using mixed media.

Keith enjoys painting in oils, watercolour and acrylics. His subjects include local scenes of the New Forest and coast, animals and abstracts.

Leticia Marco | The Mexico Art Scene

The work of Leticia Marcos seems as if it was painted with sea water. The prows mark an axis between the sea surface and the sky. This verticality fills the scenes of small boats, parked with tranquility, on the seas with drama.

Lyn has exhibited in London, Surrey and Hampshire, and her work is in private collections as far afield as Spain and Australia.
